Many people call themselves Coach but do we actually know all that is required when looking at the responsibility of coaching those around you. Why do I Coach, am I prepared for the sacrifices that come along with it?
The actual game aspect of coaching is what we see and attracts those to the coaching profession. Realizing that coaching is leading, teaching, mentoring, and a host of other adjectives, describe the job you do and want to be successful at. There are few if any professions where dealing directly with people isn’t part of your daily job. That being said, coaching requires you to become the best people person you are meant to be.
Leadership and coaching requires a very detailed game plan you are constantly working on. That “culture” often times is the make or break of your success. We will take a deep dive into all aspects of your coaching style and how it helps those around you. We will look at ways to improve and give proper strategies to help you be the best version of yourself as well as bettering those you coach.
