The Leadership Playbook is a company started by Dave Leitao, former college basketball coach for 40 years. Having been an Asst. Coach and Head Coach at multiple major colleges as well as the upstart Overtime Elite program I have had the luxury to learn, grow, develop, mentor and be mentored by some of the best minds in all of sports. Through these experiences I’ve developed Coaching and Leadership strategies that have been extremely beneficial to my journey as well as the many I have mentored. With these experiences I felt compelled to give back to those seeking to better understand leadership and development at all levels of athletic and corporate growth.

The Leadership Playbook will assist in assessment, communication and relatable strategies to include student-athletes, coaches at all levels, executives and corporations looking to maximize their teams. Through a five pillar approach designed to get an in-depth approach on the “Why” you or your program can enhance yourselves. Coaching, teaching or leading, however it is framed, requires an in depth look at all phases of your team or business, starting with yourself.
